Welcome to Cathy’s Cafe Employee Training Program! We’re excited to have you here.

At Cathy’s Cafe, our heart is to provide a cafe employment training program for adults and young adults with developmental disabilities who want to build both cafe skills and essential soft skills for sustainable employment.

As a small, independent cafe, we have limited employee positions. Because of this, our goal is for trainees to gain meaningful job and life skills in a real cafe setting before moving on to long-term employment at other cafes, coffee shops, and restaurants.

If you’re interested in building skills to work in cafes in the future, this form will help us get to know you better so we can provide the best possible support on your journey.
